Return Policy
At AllThings.Pop, each product is made to order and carefully manufactured after an order is placed. Because of this, we accept returns only in specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong product was delivered, or the product has a significant manufacturing defect. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or minor variations in color, texture, or finish that may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted production.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. To request a return, email store@allthingspop.in with your order number, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a short description of the problem. Requests without supporting evidence may not be approved.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: custom or made-to-order products unless defective, sale or discounted items, and gift cards.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
